My daughter wished to wear her Nan’s ring on her wedding day but the band was split. It was to be the ‘something old’. We thought it would be nice to have it repaired at the place where it was purchased, still in its original box. The repair was superb and it glinted and shone like new, provoking favourable comments at the wedding.

I visited Prestons 3 times, to have my wedding ring cut off, revisited to have my wedding and engagement rings made bigger and to collect the rings and each time the staff made you feel welcome and went out of their way for us.

I was very happy with amount and when I asked could you up the amount if I was prepared to spend it all with you, the young man who was serving me said he would refer it to his Manager, which he did and the answer was yes!
